Payment and Terms (not connected to anthology publication)

For copy editing and proofreading services, I can work with either an MS Word document or hardcopy of your manuscript. Please note that if you prefer for me to work with hardcopy of your manuscript, I will add the associated costs to your final invoice (printing it from an electronic file or the web, posting the manuscript back to you). For interior book design or ebook file creation, I can only work with an MS Word document.

Upon request, I can perform a sample edit of one page of your manuscript for your inspection, up to 300 words.

Please see the individual Services pages for pricing details. I require a 25% good faith down-payment up front for projects over $100, payment to be made through PayPal. Balance to be paid through PayPal after you receive your final invoice.

I have a template contract that I modify for each project with the specific details. Once both parties agree to all the terms of the contract, both sign and date it and each party receives a copy for their records.
